Summer tailoring done right.

This sport coat is crafted from Loro Piana's Summertime collection, a wool, silk, and linen blend designed to breathe when the temperature rises. The texture is unmistakable: that beautiful slubby character that only natural fiber blends can achieve.

We styled this with classic Italian construction in mind. Soft, natural shoulders that follow the body rather than imposing structure. Rounded patch pockets that keep things relaxed while maintaining refinement. Off-white mother-of-pearl buttons that complement the warm, earthy tones of the cloth.

Inside, a sky blue lining echoes the pocket square and creates a cohesive, considered look from every angle.
This is summer tailoring for those who refuse to sacrifice elegance for comfort. Both are possible when the cloth and construction work together.

Your suits are sorted. Now it's time for shirts.

And that conversation starts with one question: what collar style suits your face, your lifestyle, and your occasions?

Our collar wall serves as the foundational starting point for this discussion. It's not about picking what looks good on a mannequin. It's about understanding the variables that make a collar work for you specifically.

Do you wear a tie daily? A closed spread keeps things traditional and professional. Want something with more flair? The Italian super spread makes a statement. Attending a formal white tie event? The wing collar is the only appropriate choice.

But collar style is just the beginning. We also consider your face shape, the height of your collar band, the length of your points, and whether you lean casual or formal in your daily dress.

This is the level of consideration that separates bespoke shirting from simply buying shirts that fit. Every detail is designed around how you actually live and work.

This is what nearly two decades of experience looks like.

Experience trumps everything. Every time.

Ian at the consultation table, surrounded by cloth bunches, lining swatches, and button options. To an outsider, it might look like he's simply browsing. But what's actually happening is far more precise.

He's reading the fabric weight against the client's lifestyle. He's considering which lining speaks to their personality: something bold for the client who wants a private flourish, something understated for those who prefer quiet refinement. He's selecting buttons that complement the cloth without competing with it.

None of this is written in a manual. It comes from years of studying how garments perform in the real world. From fitting hundreds of clients and watching how their choices play out over time. From understanding that a commission isn't just about what looks good on a mannequin, but what will serve someone's life.

Book a consultation and discover what nearly twenty years of expertise can do for your wardrobe.

Everyone has a favorite. This is Ian's!

Alfred Brown has been weaving cloth in England since the early 1900s, but until recently, they only supplied large-scale operations. Now, tailors like us can access their extraordinary range, and it's become one of the most compelling collections in our atelier.

Their heritage in military and police tailoring shows in everything they produce. This is substantial cloth. Heavier weights that hold their shape, resist wrinkles, and develop character over years of wear. We're talking 10, 12, 14-ounce fabrics, and in some cases, cavalry twills that reach 22 ounces.

Why does weight matter? It directly influences your tailoring style.
Lighter cloths in the 8 to 9 ounce range suit softer, Italian-inspired construction: natural shoulders, minimal padding, fluid drape. But if you want structure, a more defined silhouette, a shoulder with presence, heavier cloth is the foundation.

Heavier fabrics require less maintenance between wears, they press themselves back into shape, and they create a silhouette that commands attention without trying.

Come see the Alfred Brown collection for yourself. It might become your favorite, too.

When a client asks for a shooting jacket that can hold its own in the boardroom, you know the conversation is going to be interesting.
This sport coat began with a clear vision: the rugged character of traditional country wear, refined enough for professional settings. A jacket that could transition from weekend drives to weekday meetings without missing a beat.

The foundation is Holland & Sherry's Moorland Tweed, a cloth built to stand the test of time. Robust, textured, and unmistakably British in its heritage.

From there, we layered in the details that make bespoke so rewarding. A shooting tab integrated into the notch lapel nods to the jacket's country inspiration. Gusseted pockets add functionality without sacrificing clean lines. Copper mother-of-pearl buttons strike that fine balance between rugged and refined.

And inside? A playful floral lining that matches the pocket square. Because even a jacket built for the moors deserves a little personality.

The terra cotta box. If you know, you know.

Loro Piana's 100% cashmere collection has arrived, and it's everything you'd expect from the world's most revered mill. Pure cashmere jacketing and suiting in an exceptional range of colors and patterns.

Our personal favorite this season? The raw cashmeres. Those taupe, beige, and natural tones that have been dominating menswear are perfectly captured here. The hand is impossibly soft, supple in a way that only pure cashmere can achieve.

These fabrics are remarkably versatile. A fall suit in raw cashmere can move effortlessly from the boardroom to dinner, offering the kind of relaxed elegance that structured worsted cannot match. Pair it with a knit tie and suede loafers, and you have a look that feels both elevated and approachable.
Beyond the neutrals, the collection offers Donegal textures with subtle checks, richer tones in terra cotta and plum, and soft patterns for those who want quiet distinction.
This is the kind of cloth that makes the journey to our atelier worthwhile. Come see it for yourself.

When a client asked us to create a coat that could handle Toronto's unpredictable weather without sacrificing elegance, we knew exactly where to turn.

This bespoke ladies' overcoat is crafted from Loro Piana's Storm System collection, a fabric that provides rain and wind protection while maintaining the refined hand and drape you expect from the world's finest mill.

The design choices were intentional at every turn. A double-breasted front with sisingle button closure creates clean, modern lines. Wide peak lapels frame the face with authority. And the generous flare at the hips celebrates the feminine silhouette rather than hiding it.

But the real surprise is inside. We left this coat unlined to showcase the fabric's stunning double-sided construction: navy herringbone on the exterior, vibrant burgundy beneath. It's a private detail that makes buttoning up on a cold morning feel like a small luxury.

The right tie completes a suit. The wrong one undermines it.
That's why we don't leave this detail to chance.

Every tie in our collection is custom-made to order. You choose the width. You choose the length. You choose from materials suited to every season: pure silks for year-round versatility, lightweight linens for summer, luxurious wools and cashmeres for the cooler months.
And you choose where it's crafted: made in Canada or made in Italy, depending on your preference.
It's a small detail that most overlook. But for those who understand that a well-dressed man is defined by the sum of his choices, it makes all the difference.

There's something about a cloth that moves with the seasons.
This sport coat was crafted from a StylBiella wool, linen, and silk blend: a fabric woven in Italy that feels as light as spring air yet carries enough depth to layer into autumn. The caramel windowpane check against a cream ground gives it character without demanding attention.

Worn open over a soft blue shirt now. Layered with a cashmere knit when the temperature drops. The kind of piece that earns its place in a rotation because it simply works, month after month.
Craftsmanship like this doesn't shout. It whispers.
