We created namesake to answer your need for individuality and personal edge in design, as in other aspects of your life. s the power to make you feel a little more glamorous, wild, courageous, creative… whatever it is that you need. Every namesake jacket is made by hand in our Toronto atelier by designer Rosa Halpern. Named after two influential women herself -- Rosa Parks and Rosa Luxembourg -- Rosa has given each jacket the name of a woman who has left a powerful imprint on the world. As your jacket is worn in, broken down, stretched to fit, and scarred from adventure, it will carry your story forward, as we have carried the stories of our namesakes.

The Ali Budd Interiors x By The Namesake collection was made to honour the many roles women wear. And in that room, we saw all of them: the dreamers, the doers, the supporters, the friends. Feeling so inspired.
