Wiggle, Giggle & Munch Wiggle, Giggle & Munch is a time for parents and children to have fun together through active play, games, action songs and a healthy snack.

Communities 4 Families offers program leader training 2 to 3 times a year in downtown Winnipeg. A page for Wiggle, Giggle & Munch program leaders, parents and those interested in growing healthy active children!

Wiggle Giggle & Munch is a drop-in program, designed by Communities 4 Families, that offers children and their parents a fun time of active play. Each session includes at least 30 minutes of physical activity such as active songs, games and dancing. The series of activities helps children develop specific movement skills, connect between parents and children, and for families to get to know one another and their community. Look for our banner in Vimy Ridge Park every Wednesday morning at 10:30am! Looking forward to seeing you there!
