just levelled up with the arrival of its fastest gravel race bike ever, the Anti Matter - delivering aero speed, stiffness, control, and efficiency in one complete system. Its is a beautiful bike that we are excited about!

Ok…now for the bike nerd engineering stuff to back up the marketing:

The Anti-Matter’s aero platform was refined through over 800 hours of CFD simulation, 45 hours of wind tunnel testing, and more than 130 tube profile iterations, delivering a measured 14.5W aerodynamic advantage over their Dark Matter in race conditions (+/–15° yaw, wind-averaged drag at 45 km/h). This process ensures that performance translates beyond theory. A key objective for Argon 18 throughout development was achieving road bike level efficiency on gravel terrain, without compromising stability, control, or stiffness when conditions become rough and unpredictable.

The Anti Matter platform features:

- ATTEN CHB-01 one piece cockpit, designed to optimize front-end aerodynamics and support a race-oriented riding position.
- It is also equipped with proprietary aero bottle cages and
- co-developed ATTEN x Apidura frame bags, designed to carry race essentials with no aerodynamic penalty.
- The Anti Matter carbon frame brings a race-focused geometry, offering responsive handling at high speed, paired with up to 55mm tire clearance to adapt to modern gravel racing demands.

We are close to 2 months in on the closure of Broadway Ave between Quebec and Main Street for continuing Broadway Subway line construction. Around 8 more weeks till one lane each way opens.

In the meantime here are some Pro Tips for navigating the current situation easier, so you can get in here to gear up for spring!

• There is 2h FREE parking (9am-6pm) in front of our store on Broadway.
• Stall #2 in the parking lot behind our store is for OTR customer use - access via the backlane
• Driving to OTR - Westbound: Take Great Northern Way, left on Main, left at 5th Ave , right on 8th Ave, then left at Ontario to access our parking spot or free street parking on Broadway in front of OTR.
• Driving to OTR - Eastbound: Take E 6 Ave (turns into 2nd Ave after Cambie), then right on Quebec, right on 8th Ave, then left at Ontario to access our parking spot or free street parking on Broadway in front of OTR.
• Transit Buses are making it through the mess fairly smoothly and we have 99 and 9 route stops within a block of the store.
