Best conditioning to date.

Crazy to think that right before this boomerang, I had a burger, Nutella, peanut butter, Reese’s pieces, rice cakes & ton of rice. I'm beyond proud of myself to have brought my leanest & strongest condition to date. I worked my ass off for this show. I did not post on social media the hour of cardio I was doing every morning before my shift, the intense dieting I had followed for 20 weeks and all of the other things I have did to push my body to my limits. I have so much respect for everyone that competed. This sport is definitely not easy, but living a life that you don’t want or in a body you don’t like is way harder. The minute you realize that the only competition you have is your own self, you become grateful to have the chance to work towards your own goals every day. The beauty about this sport is that you can always get better, stronger and the learning toward your health never stops.

Be proud, but never satisfied. After talking with my coach .physiques we have decided to end the off-season earlier than planned. I’ll keep it a surprise for now, but today is my first day back to prep mode. Let’ssssssss friggin go 😈🙏🏽✨

✖️REFEED✖️ Currently sitting at two weeks out from the ! I had an amazing sushis refeed last night and woke up at my lowest weight yet 🙌🏽 Refeed can be a scary option for some peoples without knowing all the benefits a good refeed can do to your body, especially if you’re already dieting and training for a long period of time.
A common thing that I’ve noticed with my clients or people that are dieting in general is that there metabolism crashes down after being so strict for a long period of time and this is where people will eventually lead to a plateau.
This is where we incorporate a refeed witch will eventually break the plateau, reactivating the metabolism, good for the mental health, improve performance, etc. Breaking a plateau will help you achieve your goals in the more effective way.

At the end of the day the goal is to lose weight in a healthy way, mentality and physically. We should all enjoy the process on our specific goals! ✨
