Kamloops, BC – The Threads of Fire Fashion Show is set to ignite inspiration and spark change on 05/02/2026 at the Delta by Marriott in Kamloops. This event, dedicated to raising awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples (MMIP), brings together designers, artists, and community members in a powerful celebration of culture and resilience. Doors open at 5:00 p.m., when you can visit the vendor tables to find unique, handcrafted, authentic pieces, with the show beginning at 6:00 p.m. Get ready to immerse yourself in vibrant artistry and connect with inspiring creators from all walks of life—every moment promises excitement and discovery!
This show will also be filmed for Echoes of the Lost: A Journey to Justice, a compelling six-episode series produced for Telus Storyhive. Attendees may have the opportunity to be featured on camera in this important documentary project, further amplifying the voices and stories of Indigenous communities. Step into the spotlight and share your energy as the event becomes part of a groundbreaking film that will resonate far beyond Kamloops.
Attendees will experience a showcase of stunning designs and heartfelt performances, all with the aim of honouring MMIP and amplifying their stories. The evening will be filled with unforgettable moments, moving tributes, and dazzling fashion that will leave you inspired. Join us for a VIP Meet and Greet at 8:30 PM on the Mountainview Terrace and mingle with creators, artists, and changemakers in an exclusive and uplifting setting.
