The past few days I have been watching the news, and as a nursing student I am saddened. It all feels overwhelming, upsetting, and I know many of you feel the same. I think mental health needs to be a prominent subject right now, and one we aren’t afraid to address. Our team wants to make our page an inviting and open space to discuss these topics and create a community where we can share and uplift one another.
We received many DMs yesterday about my recent TikTok showing my daily routine asking how to do it. Although I am productive, there are days I am burned out. Days I am too tired to get work done. Days I have to put my health before my to do list. And this is ok!
