How cute is this trend? 🥰

I’ve been extremely quiet online lately. After the Christmas rush, I usually take a break, but between sickness and going back to school part time, I’ve had less time for sewing and therefore, I have barely shown up here.

As always, I am still taking orders for car seat ponchos. However, with Joann Fabrics closing last year and now my local Fabricland also closing, it’s incredibly difficult to source cute, trendy, quality fleece. I have very, very limited fabric left from my last haul that I can no longer purchase, so if you want a car seat poncho, send me a dm!

Another year, another family photo session with 🍁🍂🤎

After having my son and struggling with undiagnosed postpartum mood disorder (mainly rage, but really underlying anxiety), my therapist suggested I find a hobby for myself outside of my role as mama.

I began sewing almost ten years ago. My hobby quickly turned into a thriving business, which ultimately allowed me to stay home with my babies. I am forever grateful for the healing sewing provided for me.

I am also truly grateful for all of you who are the reason this dream is my reality. Thank you for continuing to follow along and support me! 🫶🏼

It’s the most wonderful time of the year🎄

I don’t typically attend Christmas events anymore as a vendor. I’m just too busy trying to keep up with orders when the cold and snow arrive that I don’t have the capacity to take on prepping for events. However, I have been a vendor at this market since the beginning and it is truly such a unique, classy and beautiful event!

Because it is so amazing, spots are secured almost a year in advance. At that time, I was so unsure about a fabric source, I couldn’t commit (I didn’t even know if I’d make it through this season, if I’m honest). The FOMO was real, but a Christmas miracle happened when a spot unexpectedly was made available last minute and I’m so so so excited to announce I will be a vendor once again at on November 30 💃🏼

I will have many car seat ponchos and I will also have lots of other items available for your handmade Christmas shopping needs such as grow with me sets, scrunchies and bow sets, beanie hats and more!

Entry is free, but a few VIP bags are still available for purchase if you’d like to take advantage.

For those of you hanging onto summer, it’s time to embrace the cozy vibes because September is here 💃🏼🍂🍁🎃☕️

I am SEW excited to get my family back to school and back into a routine. Starting this week, I will be back to sewing full time.

What size car seat poncho should I get?

Car seat ponchos come in size small and large (previously 0-2T and 2-5T). I recommend the smaller size for the infant bucket car seats and the larger for the second stage car seat. If you aren’t sure, I recommend the larger size. Will it seem big? Yes, but it won’t affect the function and it will last your child until they no longer need a car seat poncho 🙌🏼

Current pricing is $55 for small and $65 for large. Prices will increase by $10 as of September 1st. Current fabrics (see highlight or send me a dm) cannot be restocked and are in very limited quantities, so reach out soon to claim if you haven’t already done so!
