Well, it's been a very long time. My dad fell and broke a hip early in the spring. He is 93 and we have been doing a lot with him since then which has cut into crochet/knit time drastically. Along with pretty much everything else! I am hoping to get back into it after the holiday season. I have managed to knit some mittens and some dickie/neckwarmers which are absolutely wonderful!! Now if old man winter would cooperate and actually bring winter instead of rain for Christmas Day then a person could wear them! lol.

Well, good morning! I had the most interesting news yesterday. I have had a terrible time with my vision the last few months. I have been seeing an opthalmologist and was informed yesterday that in april when I saw him I was legally blind in both eyes! 20-200 vision. I was having a heck of a time. Well as of last month it was 2080 and this month is 2060. Hopefully it picks up again and gets even better. At least now I can see enough to crochet and knit even though things are still somewhat blurry. :) Working on a granny square bag...almost done just have to line it then will post pics. Of course I had to use black in there...silly me! :)

Well, I'm finally back!! Yes I'm still alive and kicking. lol. So here I am updating you. I lost my crojo awhile back. I was just starting to get it back when I had some eye issues. Those eye issues turned into a large issue and I ended up having laser surgery a couple months ago to remove scarring. Well now I can finally see enough to crochet. Yay!! I am however starting with small quick projects (which I will post pics of very soon) with mainly worsted yarn so I don't have to strain my eye too much. I'm so glad to be back! Have a great day everyone. :)

Ok so here is the scoop. Life has been so hectic then I lost my crojo. Just starting to get it back now in time for doing holiday things. Hope you re all doing well. Here is a cutie pie kitten to brighten your day! :)

It's been a couple of weeks. I am finally almost done the rainbow sweater. Just need to stitch on the sleeves and add buttons!
