😂 At Cobbler’s Rack, we take customer service to a whole new level... sometimes right down to our hands and knees!

When we say we go above and beyond for our customers, we mean it. Even if it means getting down on the floor! 👠🤣

No job too small, no heel too high!

BEFORE & AFTER: This is exactly why we're picky about the shoes we sell! 👞

See that stitching around the sole? It might look great, but here's what can happen when the material tears along the stitching.

The stitching is still holding, but the upper has ripped right above it!

This is one of the reasons we refuse to carry shoes with this type of construction at Cobbler's Rack.

We don't just sell shoes. We repair them, too, so we get to see firsthand what works and what doesn't.

Good looks don't always mean good construction!

Why are Haflingers worth the price? 👣
Natural wool, excellent arch support, a cork footbed that molds to your feet, and quality that lasts. These aren’t your average slippers. They’re proper supportive footwear for home.
And those cat ones... come on. 😻❤️

Now this was a fun challenge!

We designed and handcrafted these custom leather shoulder pads for an arborist and firefighter who needed a more comfortable way to carry his heavy tools.

The padded leather helps distribute the weight across the shoulders, while the adjustable harness connects securely to his tool belt. Built from scratch, fitted to the customer and made for real work.

Sometimes a customer brings us a problem, and we get to create the solution. This is the kind of custom work we love!
