#8 for the month of September.

Totally scrappy from what I had on hand .
Some fabrics have too large a design for this. Oh well.

Creative grids 45° Kaleidoscope ruler
Learning curve, matching triangles, using ruler for cutting.

Matched the points as best I could.
Sewing triangles slightly off resulted in less than 1/4" seam allowances.

Overall it's a fast quilt to make.

This is September's ufo project. It has been on the ufo list for two years.
I have been putting off starting a new quilt.
I am using whatever is in my stash and it will likely be a lap quilt.
Off to a good start. The pieces were cut Saturday.
Now to put on the design wall and then sew them together.
Let the fun begin.
Hoping to be done by the end of this month.
