What a difference a tassel colour makes!!

Same pair of pasties, just changed out the tassels from gold to black.

You can switch up the tassel colours on my pasties with removable tassels between acts to coordinate with a different costume, or just whenever the heck you feel like it!

Tassels do tend to wear out faster than pasties (must be all that twirling around) so an extra pair of tassels is an excellent idea anyway!

Hey sparkle-fam in the Greater Victoria area/local babes…

I’ve been considering moving… things just keep getting more and more expensive in town, but currently the sparkle-palace is in a pretty central location which does make it convenient for clients to pop in.

If I downsized (a *lot* of craft supplies would be sold/destashed lol) and moved out towards Bear Mountain, would that limit your ability to shop with me?

I could look at doing deliveries to town once a week, and I can always pop things in the mail, but I know that in-person consults work best for some of you, so let me know!

Working on customs today… feels good to be revisiting a very early design.

My Cherry 🍒 pasties are a pretty frequently ordered style, maybe because the name Cherry is popular in burlesque?

Or because there’s lots of songs about cherries?

Or because it’s a classic pinup theme?

Or just being a general reference to nipnops?

Idk, I’m just a humble pastie maker, but I’ll keep making them as long as you keep ordering them!

This design looks deceptively simple, just uses red, green, white, with a touch of brown for the cherry stems.

I use:
Siam - SS10 & SS16
Light Siam - SS10, SS16 & SS20
Emerald - SS10, SS16 & SS20
Crystal - SS10, SS16 & SS20
Smoked Topaz - SS10 & SS16
Emerald AB - SS10

Mixing up the sizes provides more surface coverage and creates better light refraction and visual depth.
