My friend Emma and Spinco buddy🚴‍♀️popped by yesterday for a visit and quick styling session! She has a busy lifestyle as a realtor here in Oak Bay and was looking for easy, elegant pieces to grab and go-polished enough for work but effortless and comfortable for her in between dog walking duties 🐾

Celebrating 5 years 🥂
What started as a leap of faith has become so much more than owning a boutique. Coming from a small town , to the community of Oak Bay had been an incredible journey. This boutique is a place for friendship, creativity, laughter and many cups of tea 🫖 So grateful to celebrate this milestone with these incredible women , who have been part of this , every step of the way.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this little boutique, believed in my dreams and became part of the story and welcomed me to this community. My heart is full 💛

One of the very best parts of this business has nothing to do with fashion—it’s the opportunity to give back. ❤️

This summer our donations have helped support 🧼 Soaps for hope 🧼 , a wonderful organization here in Victoria that collects gently used hotel soaps and hygiene products, sanitizes and repurposes them, then distributes essential hygiene kits to people experiencing homelessness and others in need throughout our community. Along with supporting hygiene initiatives, usable clothing and textiles are then redirected to help people in need with community partners.

A huge thank you to Valerie and the incredible volunteers who make this work possible. Your kindness creates dignity, hope, and meaningful change.

Every time you choose to shop small, you’re doing more than supporting a local boutique. You’re helping strengthen our community in ways that reach far beyond our doors.

Thank you for being part of something bigger. This is the best part. 💛

Happy Canada Day! ❤️🤍

Our windows are dressed in cheerful reds and pinks to celebrate the season, and now it’s our turn to enjoy a little summer adventure.

Sally and I have packed up our bikes and ridden off to Saratoga Beach to spend some much-needed time with family, friends, sunshine, and salty air. ☀️🚲🐾

Twice As Nice will be closed on Wednesday, July 1 for Canada Day, and I’ll be taking a little summer break before returning refreshed and ready for all the beautiful things the season has in store.

Be sure to follow along in my Stories this week—you never know what adventures Sally and I will find along the way! Our lovely Maxine and Colleen will be in the shop ready to show you all of the fabulous new arrivals 😍
