Celebrated every June 21st, this special day is dedicated to honoring and acknowledging the rich heritage, cultures, and invaluable contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples across Canada. ✨
As we gather on this day, which coincides with the summer solstice, we thank every Indigenous maker, seller, vendor, elder, business person and family member for sharing their culture, knowledge, and beauty with us. 🌸🙌
From vibrant cultural performances to displays of arts and crafts, today is a celebration of the diversity and strength of Indigenous communities. Let's take this time to appreciate and honor their traditions, stories, and wisdom. 🎶🧵🌿
