Empty Nest Longarm Quilting A home-based long-arm quilting business. Until my website is up and running, I'll just give a quick rundown on my services. Basically, I'll try any pattern.

So far I'm doing mostly free-motion patterns. Things like flowers, leaves, paisley, hearts, loops, swirls, and on and on. I have two pantographs, and am willing to order more. My prices start at 0.0125 for a loose meander, and go up to 0.015 - 0.02, depending on the density, etc. I have good quality batting available. I'll post some more pics. Thanks

I've been so obsessed with lately😍. Then there are 😵. Those take a lot of patience. I've found out that even just a quilt block can make an amazing mini quilt. Okay, at great personal risk, I brought this newly finished quilt top outside in the heat, threw it over a couple of chairs, snapped a couple of quick pics, and had just enough time to grab it and run back inside before I burst into flames from the heat☀️🔥😵! I have to admit, it was worth it!! I'm so thrilled with how well the colours show up in this light! Love this pattern💗. 🔥

Can't keep it secret any longer. I probably won't be able to work on this for the next few days, so I really want to post it now because I just want to! I'm loving this quilt😍. It's the from , who designs patterns in a very unique way. Check her out, she's amazing!! Anyway, I still have to finish my block 4's, as you can see from the blank spots. Also, there are 9 blocks in each row, but until they're sewn together, I can only fit 8 on my design wall. Ignore the bright yellow (and very necessary) labels.

In the middle of it now, and loving every minute of it!😍. On this one, though, I will not deviate from the pattern! Ever...

Started this um...a while ago. It started as a mini version of , but it's grown into a big . I wanted to do something special with the leftover scraps from the fabric line that I absolutely love😍. Didn't quite have enough, and I discovered that various scraps fit in perfectly. I absolutely love how it turned out, and I will definitely make another in the future. It was so fun to make! Another UFO ready to be longarmed, yayyyy!😄. I've finished quite a few UFOS recently, so I've given myself permission to start something new😁😁😁.

I was feeling pretty good about what I accomplished this week at the cabin until I laid it all out to take a pic. I made the little zip pouch and hanging caddy, and then I did the binding on 4 placemats, a table runner, and a wall quilt. That made me sad, because it didn't look like much. Then I remembered that I did a lot of cleaning, dog walking, reading, hanging with the neighbors, bird and squirrel watching, and relaxing. Then I felt good again😁.

Beautiful evening at the cabin. Sitting in the front room, avoiding mosquitos, listening to the birds, and eating salty snacks. Went for a walk earlier and pulled 20 tics off of Fritz when we got back.
