Welcome to the Curated Corner at Waterford Antique Market.
We have gathered items from all over the market. The theme for this 2 week display is Eclectic and Unusual! All items are available online at:

Drop by The Curated Corner for great themed finds for your home. This week’s vignette brings some interesting and unique items that could be just what you need for a special spot in your home.
Hanging on the wall is one of the most interesting items I have found in the market! This is an antique advertisement for Kodak. Estimated to be from the late 1800’s, with the Kodak logo carved into the wooden frame and a sepia toned, western themed photo of a cowboy. I love it!
I kept my favourite in the grouping on the shelf, “The Don” by Wedgwood, a great and unusual decanter.
Along with The Don, there is an unusual brass horn, a somewhat sinister looking duck, just waiting to brush off your shoes, and a really rare vintage toy! Milton Berle in a car!
Taking the unusual vibe to the next level, haven’t you always wanted a doll head with her own jar of spare parts!
I found these wooden shoe lasts in different booths , they are some of the most unusual I have seen! Lovely patina, relics from the past that carry an eerie, disembodied vibe! I love that one of them has wheels on the bottom!
Down on the floor, next to the crate, we have a toy horse on metal wheels. It looks exactly like a prop straight out of a paranormal movie about a haunted nursery!
Check out the vintage lamp, very handsome, fabulous color! You tell me, what is she doing with her foot?!
Another really eclectic find is the industrial helmet with the attached miners lamp. Great vintage find, fabulous patina! I can see this on a wall, great conversation piece, pre world war 2.
Finishing up the lower shelf, a jar of bullet shells! If you want to add some gold to a display, these are both unusual and a great pop of color!
Who doesn’t need a giant moth! I learned today that we do have these in Canada, I am glad this velvety specimen is behind glass!
On the upper shelf, we have a great Art Deco clock, in great condition, perfect for your mantle!
We will change the theme of this corner every two weeks.
