1. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchases!
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase with your receipt.
You may choose either:
A full refund, or
Store credit. Consignors may also have the amount added to their consignor account.
New Toys & Sealed Items
All new toys and sealed items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.
If a toy has been opened, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we can add the item to your consignor account and consign it on your behalf. Please note that opened items are considered pre-owned and may need to be sold at a lower price.
