Some bright photos for this dreary day!

My baby sister got married in August and it was the most beautiful wedding. I made Everly’s dress, as well as the flower girl dress and bow ties and pocket squares for the groomsmen. I know I’m biased, but can you even handle Ev in this dress?! She looks like a doll! 🥹

In typical Jennifer fashion though, I didn’t try the dress on her before the wedding, and I was tied up with bridal party things so her Dad had to get her dressed. The dress was too big, and with 10 minutes to spare we used double sided tape under each strap to keep it on her. Oh well, it all worked out, and maybe I’ve learned my lesson for next time? Probably not… 😂

Sorry for being so quiet over here! We’ve had a busy few weeks with Everly starting daycare and me starting a new job, and I’m barely just coming up for air. Now that I’m at work full time, I won’t be sewing much anymore unfortunately, so customs will remain closed. I still can’t get over how much you guys showed up last month though, it was truly incredible! October was the second best month of business I’ve ever had since opening. In the past 3 years, I’ve been closed more than I’ve been open, but you guys have stuck it out regardless. I’m so proud of what we’ve built here, and so appreciative of each and every one of you!

Ev’s absolutely obsessed with bunnies, so these slippers were a little treat for her. She’s smitten with them, and that makes my little heart so happy. It took some trial and error today, but I’m happy with how they turned out. Next time I’ll shorten the ears a bit, but they do the trick just fine!

This dark olive was your guys’ favourite colour for both custom releases! It’s a great fall colour and hard to stain, so I totally get it. These booties are perfect as the weather gets colder, plus the snaps help make sure your busy littles can’t kick them off in the stroller or car seat 🙌🏼

I took Monday almost completely off (took a nap and went to bed at 8) and then took it easy yesterday. I’m so glad I did, the rest helped so much that I’m almost back to normal now! I know it’s hard to take time off (especially as a small business owner) but your health is so important. Plus I’m pretty sure resting one day gave me energy for the next two, so that’s math I can get behind! We’ll be kicking into high gear the rest of the week to get the rest of your orders finished 💃

We had a 6-9 shirt left over from the appliqué sweatshirts from last summer, how cute is this combo? I am still obsessed with these sweatshirts, maybe we need to try and figure out how to do them again 🥹

I hope to get some orders sewn up today, but I’ve been hit with a horrible cold that’s really slowing me down. Cross your fingers it’s a quick one and we can get back at it soon!

You guys loved the waffle this release, and I can’t say I blame you! This sweatsuit is equal parts cozy and cute, and has lots of room to grow.

I am *almost* finished cutting all the orders, then it’s onto the sewing! We’re so excited to get your littles in their comfy clothes as the weather turns colder ❄️

This fabric was so good I ended up buying more last time I was in to the store. I don’t know what I love more, the colours, the subtle glitter, or the flowers. It’s just so lovely 🌷🧚🏼‍♀️🩰

This beautiful salmon colour was made for these pants! It’s bright and fun while being soft and stretchy, so that’s a win win in my books. As always, the grow with me cuffs are ready for your little one when they sprout up overnight and all of their other pants are too short 🥺

We are just starting to cut out the new orders, cross your fingers that I can power through most of them over the weekend 🧵🪡 ✂️

This taupe was one of your guys’ favourites from the last release!! This pair of slippers went all the way to Winnipeg, and features wider toe boxes. Remember everything is being made custom, so if you need small adjustments made, we can normally accommodate!

How fun is this combo?! This raspberry colour is so vibrant, and you know how I feel about this floral… These fabrics are both so soft, the perfect combo for those cozy newborn days 🥰

⏰ Set your alarms!! ⏰

This Thursday (Oct 26) at 8pm AST, we will re-open fall customs for a few more orders. Spots will be limited because I start full time work again soon! This will be the last opening prior to the Christmas season, so if you had your eye on anything as a gift, this would be the time! Later today I will update the fabric highlights because there are a couple of minor changes, but overall the options will be the same as last time.

I still can’t believe how much you guys showed up last time, I appreciate the love so so much!! I can’t wait to see what other goodies you need 🥰

Okay I’m sorry, these weren’t available for the recent customs release (they were a special order for a friend), but how could I not show you guys?! I love Ev’s version of these overalls, but the green is so good too! They’ll be perfect for spring too since they were ordered big 🙌🏼

The sweetest pair of little slippers in one of my all time favourite fabrics heading to New Brunswick! This navy corduroy is so soft, and essentially stain proof. If I can scrounge up enough scraps I think I’ll make a pair for Ev!

I am *almost* caught up on orders, and plan to open for a few more next week! No where near the release of last time, but a few spots for those who missed Reg first openings. Stay tuned, more details to follow!
