Business update.

I would like to start out by thanking everyone for your continued support in choosing Alpine Stitch It for your alterations needs.

I absolutely love being able to support the community with their service requests.

There is however a small challenge I am facing at the moment which is trying to keep up with the high demand. This is also great news but unfortunately has impacted my turnaround times and ability to keep up with voicemail, phone calls, email, and social media requests.

I have recently hired a new office assistant and we are working on new strategies to streamline communications.

Also to note I am looking for a seamstress helper.
The right candidate would have some previous sewing experience and ability to prep and cut items.

I will be on holidays from JULY 13 - AUGUST 10. My drop off cabinet will be closed during this time.

NEW UPDATE:

There is now 1 cabinet for both PICK UP and DROP OFF.

Look for the large black cabinet
located at 8305 rainbow drive to the left of the house at bottom of the stairs.

Please ensure to place your bags on the designated labelled shelf for drop off.

When you have received a message that your items are ready please pick up within 2-3 days as the volume of items received daily limits space.

Please avoid knocking on the door up stairs when picking up. This door is for in person appointments only that have been pre booked online. I do enjoy a bit of privacy when I can get it 😊

Communication Update

First off, I would like to thank everyone who uses my services and for all the recommendations that have been put out to our community. ☺️

I absolutely love helping everyone with all their alterations needs but this has now lead to me not be being able to keep up with the demand through all the different social media platforms.

It’s not like me to miss calls, messages, emails etc but it’s unfortunately happening. 😞

May I please ask for everyone to use my online booking system to request alteration services 🙏
You can choose to see me in person or use the drop box service option.
