Has anyone else been a victim of these random UBER charge of $11.29 even though you have not subscribed to any monthly service and the credit card they charge is not on your account?

Replaced my card before for the same reason. This morning, they charged two of my credit cards $11.29 at the same time. And others have told me they have been a victim too.
