Operational changes coming - this will be a long post, but important information!
Let me start by recognizing that the past few months may have been difficult for some of our customers. We have been running short staffed and busier than usual this year, and we apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
There is a back-story here - last June I decided it was time to make some changes in my life. For those of you who dont know, I have been a Paramedic for over 30 years, and it has gotten harder to balance my career with running a business, so I made the difficult decision to pick one. Do-More Promotional officially went up for sale in December and this is where our challenges began. Although there has been some interest, at this point the business has NOT been sold. It is important for us to let you know that we intend to continue business as usual until the store sells, and that we will be transparent about any changes that may be coming down the line. In order to keep up with the high volume of orders, we recently changed our hours to 10am-4pm, and from now until July we will be closed to the public on Mondays. Be assured that we are here working behind closed doors, so that your orders can be completed within the timelines that we have promised.
All this being said, please understand that we are currently heading into our busiest time of the year. We are committed to working with our schools and organizations that have come to rely on us for their end of the year awards and recognition gifts. If you are looking to have us help you with a project or gift (big or small), we strongly recommend calling or emailing ahead to enquire about pricing and timelines, as we may have to charge rush fees or turn away jobs if we are not able to accommodate.
We sincerely appreciate each and every customer who has supported us for the past 11 years, and when the time comes, we promise to keep you all in the loop for the future of Do-More Promotional.
