Established in 1947 by Charles and Ethel Blaine, Karen’s has grown into a full service children’s shoe store featuring all types of footwear: from baby boots to runners, casual shoes to sandals, and winter boots to slippers. Continuing the tradition, sons Arnold and Jack are maintaining the honesty and integrity of their parents’ vision. The store name comes from their sister, Karen, as she was th

e first born. Hard to fit feet is our specialty, with over 68 years of experience helping to guide us. Our motto has always been “we don’t just sell shoes, we fit shoes”. We have always felt that proper fitting shoes are essential to good health. We carry popular and supportive brands, such as: New Balance, Saucony, Under Armor, Adidas, Stride Rite, Sperry, Skechers, Merrell, Teva, Kamik and Cougar among others.
