What do they say.. when one door closes (hopefully) another one opens.
Being drained as I am, I’ll get to the point.
Inspired Athletics is closing its doors indefinitely.
The economy sucks, being a small business is hard and TBH we never really recovered after Covid.
A long mushy goodbye post en route when we’ve wrapped up all that we need to.

It has been a hectic fall and winter so far to say the least. Our transition from Alberta to Ontario was definitely hairy and not as smooth as I would’ve liked not by any means. As we enter our slower season, I am now in the process of working backwards to figure out ways to manage running the company out of two provinces and to ease some of the troubles we’ve had this season with logo services, miscommunication with customers and managing expectations for delivery timelines and costs associated with Canadian made apparel. That being said, I will be shutting down the business in the next few weeks after I wrap up what is left over from 2022 and taking time to reflect, process, and work on getting back to the business that I used to love. I say used to love because honestly I don’t enjoy getting up for work anymore the way that I use to and it’s unfortunate because I have put my heart and soul into this business for going on six years and I would really like to continue that but in order to do so I need to stop, take a minute, find some creative outlets and brainstorm on how to make this business as efficient as possible for the next fall and winter season.
Long run on story short I will still be answering emails and I will still be working with customers but I just won’t be readily available every hour of every day so please bear with me if communication is slower. I’ll be happy to help you with anything and answer any questions as we move forward. Thanks for listening to my talk 😉

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!⁠⁠
TBH this day was hit or miss when I was little, often times fell on the first day of school, and as much as I loved school, its like getting up early, nerves of the first day, what do you wear? Blah blah⁠ blaaahhh 🤪⁠
Today its just as bittersweet as my daughter after almost 15 months of full time being besties, is starting dayhome. I truly appreciated the "extra" time I got to spend getting to know my mini me, but I’m also super stoked to get back to work... it is sad to see her go either way. ⁠⁠
