HAPPY EASTER SUNDAY!
Yes there is snow outside, yes it's peak stuffy nose season, and yes kinder chocolate may be recalled but IT'S A GOOD DAY!
As we celebrate this Easter season with friends and family let us not forget the greatest sacrifice that was made for us all those years ago.

Well maybe I should stop making posts anticipating spring given the forecast for this week...🙈

Even though the idea of another storm isn't exactly a welcomed thought for most of us in Southern Manitoba, maybe the cold just needs one last hurrah before being on it's jolly way!

Life is so unfair.
It's so unfair that I'm safe and warm. That I have a roof over my head and my most immediate concern is what I'm going to eat for supper. It's so unfair that these innocent babes, mothers, and elderly are under attack. It's so unfair that these young boys are having their childhood innocence ripped from their short lives and going to fight for their country.

What's taken place over the last week has been so hard to watch unfold. THIS is what real oppression looks like and it hurts my heart to see the devastation that humans are capable of causing towards one another.

The world can be so cruel. Please pray for Ukraine. Pray for Russia. Pray for the country's leaders. Pray for it's people.
