It's been quiet in my little basement shop as we've been busy with kids activities and illnesses plaguing our family. Everyone I know is having babies these days so I've been busy trying to make my friends the perfect baby gifts. I've managed to post two blankets and hope to find more time to make more items!

Finished another lunch bag just in time! I took a break and that was a bad idea as I was then last minute scrambling to get everything done. Lesson learnt!

Eight little makeup bags done, complete with a hand lotion and handmade candle (I bought a kit so feel like I kind of cheated 😬). Only 5 more to go. These are my gifts for the daycare ladies at my kids daycare. Just need a trip to bulk barn for some treats and they are done!

Love getting requests for things I've never made and having friends who are confident in my abilities (even if I'm not). This car seat poncho turned out great. But there is always room to improve therefore I'm going to make two more!

The price of PUL (the fabric I lined my lunch bags with that helps stop leaks) is a little expensive for my small home based business to keep on hand, therefore I will only add to lunch bags if requested and with and additional $5. I will continue to look for good deals online and will do promos when I find them! Sorry for the inconvenience. But they will still be insulated!!

It's been a productive morning (with a sick peanut at home). Three small bags...I've already claimed the grey one as my new makeup bag. But then other two are up for grabs. I'll be posting in my etsy store soon ish(once I get more items finished to add also.)

Just finished another lunch bag for a very happy customer (she's three and loves it!!) I also didn't realize how cute this pineapple print was until I used it. I also have it in blue...what to make??
