"Fashionation"

"Fashionation" Fashionation was launched in 1983 due to my love for uniqueness, when it came to design and fashion. I learned to sew in Grade 8.

By then I had already gone to a private Kindergarten, grade one and Brownies, in uniforms. I didn't like looking the same every day, so the opportunity to design and sew my own clothes became my passion. Throughout my many careers with Eaton's, Hudson's Bay, and as an owner of Recreations Boutique, I saw a need for services outside of the retail sales area. I discovered a few street fashion lines

of tights and leggings that became the source behind fundraising for charity groups, while my services in wardrobing, teaching and research continue as part of the umbrella called Fashionation. 30 plus years in the business tied in with my background in Marketing, and Advertising has produced a fun environment for everyone involved. It is my way of having my " legs" in the business while paying it forward in some cases to organizations who need assistance internally.
