8 years of ups and downs.
In those years, Charlotte has tried countless medications, faced moments of hope, but also endured some of the hardest lows. She's battled mental health challenges, physical pain, and suffered in silence when words couldn't yet express what she was going through. Juvenile arthritis has tested our entire family in unimaginable ways. It's brought heartache, stress, and sleepless nights. But it's also brought strength, connection, and resilience we never thought possible.
This journey isn’t the path we would have chosen, but it’s the one we’re on—and we walk it together. For World Arthritis Day, we honor all the families and children who bravely face this challenge every day alongside us.
Here's to the highs, the lows, and everything in between - and a promise that I will stand up for this girl, and the rest of these kids, every single day.
