How do I adjust bedtime without stress in late spring? 🌙🌿
As evenings get lighter, it’s completely normal for little ones to resist bedtime a bit more. Their rhythm shifts with the light — and sometimes it just takes a little time to adjust.
We like to move gently. Small changes — 10–15 minutes earlier each day — help reset the routine without pressure. Closing the curtains, dimming the lights, and keeping a calm evening ritual signal that it’s time to wind down.
A warm bath, a quiet story, or simply slowing the pace before bed can make all the difference. When everything feels familiar, children settle more easily — even when the sun is still up.
Because bedtime isn’t about strict timing — it’s about feeling safe and ready to rest. 💛
