Do you love running? Do you thrive on pushing your limits, setting new goals, and inspiring others along the way? Now’s your chance to become part of something bigger.

Every year, DÆHLIE Sportswear brings together a passionate community of runners through Team DÆHLIE – and for 2026, we’re expanding internationally!

We’re looking for dedicated runners who:

Kasper Stadaas and Amund Riege’s 5 best tips for Birkebeinerrenet:

1. Make sure you connect with your core and back when double poling so you’re not only using your triceps. The core and back muscles are much bigger and stronger – preventing early muscle fatigue.

2. Crate a nutrition plan and test it in advance of the race.

3. Train with the backpack to get used to the equipment and the weight you have to carry over the mountains.

4. Pack your backpack (at least 3.5 kg) well ahead of time – don’t wait until the previous evening to avoid stress. Remember to check the list of mandatory equipment.

5. Eat well! Carb up the evening before with pasta or rice, so your glycogen stores are full to avoid depleting your energy too early.

Welcome to our Weekend Kickstart 👋🏼 Every second Friday of the month, we meet up at selected Löplabbet Stores in Norway to kickstart the weekend with a social run!

This is a 6–7 km run at around a 6:00/km pace, where you can come alone or bring a friend to get a great start to the day – and the weekend! We’ll serve a light breakfast (cinnamon buns included), have some giveaways, and enjoy the morning together.
