The last few hat making workshops, both privately and with Master's level fashion students from HEAD, were so successful, I am organising more! There is one more spot in the felt hat making class and openings for the straw hat making class. (The straw comes already woven).

In these classes, you will learn professional hat blocking techniques, wiring, the finishing stitching and final trim. All materials will be provided. You will walk away with a hat you have made! It's best if you have some hand and machine sewing experience. DM for further details. photo

I am pleased to announce that I will once again be displaying a selection of my spring/summer hat collection at the next event . There will be an apéro on Thursday 23 April from 18h à 20h. Quai des Bergues, 11, Genève.

Nikita Novelle, from Domaine Novelle in Satigny, will be providing the wine selection. As the son of Jean-Michel Novelle and the heir to the family estate, he will introduce you to a selection of their wines and share their winemaking philosophy.

There will also be a photography contest. The prize is a 300 CHF gift card. If you already own a pair of shoes from Brogue Shoes, you are invited to capture, in your own unique way, a pair of shoes purchased from them. Whether worn in everyday life or staged as a work of art, each photograph is an opportunity to express your personal style.

The style is open-ended, ranging from spontaneity to an artistic approach, in a “gallery” spirit. The photos will be judged by , a professional photographer at Leica Geneva, who will pay particular attention to creativity, composition, and originality.

Two additional prizes will be awarded for the best entries: a gift card worth 150 CHF for second place and 100 CHF for third place. By participating, you agree that the submitted images may be used in their communications, particularly on social media.

This is a wonderful opportunity to taste, chat, and enjoy a friendly gathering centered around wine, hats and shoes!

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de qui a organisé cet événement, ainsi qu’à toutes les personnes charmantes avec lesquelles j’ai eu la chance de partager ma passion pour les chapeaux, et à Kim et Anna pour leur aide ! Ce fut un week-end formidable !
