I don't usually make New Year resolutions but this year I did. I reminded myself that I have the power to make my 2023 a year of success. And I made a resolution to start each day mindfully and implement a few daily habits which I share below with you:
1. Stop worrying about things I can't control
2. Talk to myself in a more encouraging way. There's only one of me on the planet afterall!
3. Say Yes only to the things I want to do. Life is too short to spend on things I'd rather not do
4. Prioritise sleep. Hello Pillow 👋
5. Invest quality time with my loved ones. We only get one shot at life!
