✨ Well, I guess I’m back! ✨

Now that I have my creative studio at home, it’s time to move these fingers again and to stitch some burlesque themed t-shirts! 💃🏼

The Etsy shop will need a change, just like this profile..
but once the motivation comes back, you have to act on it and start again! 🧵

Have you ever had such a special day at work, one of those days you will never forget?

Mine was on the 13th March 2018, when I flew on this special flight from Seattle to Zürich, bringing a new Boeing 777 home directly from the factory.

Spending a few days in Seattle has been a dream (Grey’s Anatomy’s fan here!) and flying back on a brand new airplane was super special!

It’s needless to say, that will always be my favorite airplane.

To make this flight even better, we have received the most unique welcome back in Switzerland.

One of the most spectacular shows I have got the chance to see from an airplane.

I had to dedicate one of my products to the AIRPLANE. ✈️

It made my world smaller in size, but bigger in life experiences.
It made it possible to have friends all around the world. To have my favorite hairstylist in Singapore and my best massage therapist in Sao Paolo.

It showed me incredible landscapes and natural phenomena.

When I’m up there, I feel calm. Obviously if I’m there as a passenger, not when I’m working in a full Economy class with 270 passengers 😅

One thing I can say for sure: every time I step onto an airplane, I can leave all the weights on the ground and I feel light again.
I disconnect. I live another life for a few hours.

This has been the greatest gift so far.

I’m ALWAYS READY TO TAKE OFF!

Ever since I was little, I have been traveling around with my parents. First around Italy on my first flights, then around Europe with our camping car.

Some time later, we all flew to NYC in 1996 on my first long haul flight.

That was it. I was hooked!

Only with traveling and flying though, not with the thought of being a flight attendant.

That happened by chance many years later.
Even if I’m going to quit flying, I’ll always be ready to take off and fly away.

Once a flight attendant, always a flight attendant ❤️👩🏻‍✈️

✈️CREW BUNK THINGS - What do crew really bring to the crew bunk?

I’ll tell you what I’ve seen in my 8.5 years flying:
- Pajamas
- sleeping bags
- facial mist
- earphones (to watch movies)
- iPad and iPhone (when you’re sleepless)
- ear plugs (when the colleagues snore 😅)
- books and magazines
- facial creams and other perfumes
- a lot of blankets and pillows

👩🏻‍✈️Here I am, in another uncomfortable position, trying to reach my bunk for some well deserved rest!

The CREW BUNK, what is it?

🚫It’s that special secret place, that keeps being mistaken for a lavatory from passengers (good thing that they don’t manage to get in!).

🤫It’s a space, above your heads or below your feet, where flight attendants can finally get far from the noises, the voices and the call bells.

It’s where we can lay down, more or less comfortably, to nap for a few hours…

🚷Finally it’s a place that is inaccessible to all those who are not working crew and this makes it so attractive! 😝

Let’s start from the most romantic accessory bag:

The “KISS ME BEFORE FLIGHT” 💋!

You probably all have seen the red tag that hangs from airplane doors, with “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT” is written in white.

That same phrase has been carried all around the world by Flight Attendants and aviation lovers, especially on their key chains.

❤️Some more romantic, or naughty, ones changed it in “Kiss me before flight”.
