Our friends at Zürischum have launched a special Zunft Edition to mark Sechseläuten 2026 — a refined tribute to one of Zurich’s most iconic traditions.

Inspired by the Böögg and its distinctive three buttons, the design is reduced yet full of character, bridging heritage with a contemporary aesthetic. The three dots on the label symbolise Zurich, its guilds, and a shared attention to detail.

Inside: a finely sparkling Blanc de Noirs from 100% Pinot Noir (AOC Zurich), traditionally bottle-fermented. Fresh citrus notes meet apricot and apple — precise on the palate, elegantly structured, with a fine, persistent perlage.

A strictly limited edition — made for collectors, special moments, and those who appreciate Zurich.

Style: Brut (very low dosage)
Tasting: Fine bubbles, dry, fresh, fruit-driven, linear, with a long finish
