INTRODUCING: RAISON D'ÊTRE

What defines us? What do we stand for? And what do we carry with us as we move through a constantly changing world?

Our new collection, Raison d’être, explores these questions through color, texture, and form. The pieces become expressions of individuality and shared values — like contemporary flags carrying stories of identity and belonging.

Crafted from organic cotton for lightness, comfort, and a more conscious way of making clothes. Handmade, shaped through many hands, and created with care.

This year, things took a little longer than usual — but good things take time 💛

Summer hit fast and hard — and we’ve been awfully quiet on our end.

The reason? Parts of the collection have been heavily delayed. Keeping production moving in today’s world is no small feat, and the struggle is very real.

Nevertheless, we’re excited to finally begin releasing pieces from the new collection online starting this Wednesday.

And on June 5th, the Poplin Project pop-up shop in Zürich will officially open its doors.

This season’s theme is Raison d’être — and one thing is certain: it’s worth the wait.

Our TAMALA Shirt doesn’t belong to a season.

It moves with the year: worn on its own in warm weather, layered when the days turn cooler. From quiet naturals to vivid colors, each piece is made in organic cotton voile or handwoven together with our partners in Korhogo and Burkina Faso.
