🌧️ THE BOY I HATED SAVED MY LIFE 💔
PART 17 — THE VOICE BEHIND THE ACCIDENT 🌧️💔

The woman continued speaking through the phone.

“You should have stopped after your father's warning.”

Jordan's eyes widened.

“My father?”

“Yes.”

“Who are you?”

A pause.

Then—

“You already know me.”

Claudine suddenly felt dizzy.

The voice sounded familiar.

Very familiar.

Then the woman said:

“Hello, Claudine.”

Claudine's eyes widened.

She knew that voice.

She had heard it before.

At her father's funeral.

She whispered:

“Amara…”

The woman laughed.

“Good girl.”

Mr. Cole suddenly grabbed the phone.

“Where are you?”

Amara replied:

“Closer than you think.”

Then the call ended.

Everyone remained silent.

Suddenly, one of the computers began flashing red.

SECURITY BREACH.

Jordan looked at the screen.

“Someone hacked the system.”

Mr. Cole rushed toward it.

“Shut everything down!”

But it was already too late.

A video appeared automatically.

Claudine stared at the screen.

It showed her house.

Her mother's house.

LIVE.

Claudine screamed.

“My mother!”

On the screen, her mother was walking through the living room.

She had no idea she was being watched.

Then—

A shadow appeared behind her.

Claudine's blood ran cold.

“Mom!”

She ran toward the exit.

Jordan grabbed his jacket.

“I'm coming with you.”

Mr. Cole shouted:

“NO!”

Jordan turned.

“Why?”

Mr. Cole's face was terrified.

“Because that's exactly what they want.”

Claudine stopped.

“What?”

Mr. Cole looked at her.

“They don't want your mother.”

He pointed at the screen.

“They want you.”

The video suddenly went black.

Then one final message appeared:

“COME HOME, CLAUDINE.”

Underneath it was a photograph.

A photograph of Claudine sleeping beside Jordan in the abandoned café after the accident.

Claudine stared at the picture in horror.

Someone had been watching them that night.

Someone had been inside the café.

The entire time.

Then she noticed something in the corner of the photograph.

A reflection in the broken window.

A woman's face.

AMARA.

Claudine's heart stopped.

She wasn't just watching them.

She had been there.

THE ENTIRE TIME.

🌧️ THE BOY I HATED SAVED MY LIFE 💔
PART 16 — THE VOICE BEHIND THE ACCIDENT 🌧️💔

Mr. Cole took them through a private underground entrance beneath the hospital parking area.

Claudine couldn't believe what she was seeing.

“You have a secret tunnel under the hospital?”

Mr. Cole didn't answer.

Jordan looked at him.

“Dad, where are you taking us?”

“The only place they cannot find.”

After several minutes, they entered a hidden room.

Inside were computers, documents, photographs, and old files.

Claudine stopped walking.

One wall was covered with pictures.

Her father.

Jordan's father.

Vanessa.

Marcus.

And…

Claudine herself.

She stepped closer.

“My God…”

Jordan looked at the wall.

“How long have you been watching her?”

Mr. Cole looked uncomfortable.

“We weren't watching her.”

“Then why are there pictures of her?”

No answer.

Claudine turned toward him.

“You've been following me?”

Mr. Cole sighed.

“I was protecting you.”

“Protecting me?”

“Yes.”

“From what?”

Mr. Cole walked toward an old computer.

“From the people who killed your father.”

He turned the monitor toward them.

A video file appeared.

PROJECT: RAINFALL

Claudine stared at the screen.

“What is Project Rainfall?”

Mr. Cole looked at Jordan.

“Something your father and I started years ago.”

Jordan's expression hardened.

“You never told me about this.”

“I was trying to protect you.”

Claudine stepped closer.

“Play it.”

Mr. Cole hesitated.

Then clicked.

The video began.

Her father appeared on screen.

He looked younger.

And frightened.

“Robert,” Mr. Cole's younger voice said in the recording, “we have to stop.”

Claudine stared at the screen.

Her father's voice answered:

“If we stop now, they will destroy everything.”

“People are already dying.”

“I know.”

“We promised no innocent people would get hurt.”

Her father looked away.

“It's too late.”

The video suddenly changed.

A document appeared.

Names.

Bank accounts.

Secret payments.

Claudine recognized one name immediately.

VANESSA MENSAH.

She gasped.

“Vanessa?”

Jordan stepped closer.

“What is she doing in this?”

Mr. Cole paused the video.

“She wasn't supposed to be involved.”

Claudine shook her head.

“She was seventeen.”

“She was being used.”

“By who?”

Mr. Cole looked at the screen.

Then whispered:

“Her father.”

Claudine remembered Vanessa.

Her smile.

Her kindness.

All the years they spent together.

The secrets they shared.

The nights they studied together.

The day Vanessa cried after Claudine's father died.

“She knew,” Claudine whispered.

Jordan looked at her.

“She knew what happened to your father.”

Claudine's eyes filled with tears.

“And she still became my best friend?”

Mr. Cole nodded.

“She was instructed to stay close to you.”

Claudine covered her face.

“That can't be true.”

“Unfortunately, it is.”

Jordan walked toward her.

“Claudine…”

She pushed his hand away.

“I need to be alone.”

“You shouldn't be alone.”

“I said I need to think!”

Jordan stopped.

Claudine walked toward the corner of the room.

Then she noticed something.

A photograph.

Her father is standing beside a young woman.

Claudine picked it up.

“Who is this?”

Mr. Cole looked at it.

His face suddenly changed.

Jordan noticed.

“Dad?”

Mr. Cole remained silent.

“Who is she?”

Finally, he answered.

“Your father's assistant.”

“What was her name?”

Mr. Cole swallowed.

“Amara.”

Claudine looked at the photograph.

“She looks familiar.”

Jordan stepped closer.

“Are you sure?”

Claudine stared at the woman.

Then suddenly—

She remembered.

The woman had appeared at her father's funeral.

She had hugged Claudine.

She cried.

And she whispered something into her ear.

“Your father loved you.”

Claudine's eyes widened.

“Wait…”

“What?” Jordan asked.

“I remember her.”

Mr. Cole became tense.

“Where?”

“At my father's funeral.”

Silence.

Then Jordan's phone rang.

UNKNOWN NUMBER.

Jordan answered.

“Hello?”

No one spoke.

Then a woman's voice came through.

Soft.

Calm.

Terrifying.

“Jordan…”

He froze.

“Who is this?”

The woman laughed softly.

“You've been looking for me for two years.”

🌧️ THE BOY I HATED SAVED MY LIFE 💔
PART 15 — THE VOICE BEHIND THE ACCIDENT 🌧️💔

Claudine stared at the phone.

Her entire body had gone cold.

UNKNOWN NUMBER:

"Jordan didn't cause the accident."

A second message appeared.

"I DID."

Claudine slowly raised her eyes toward Jordan.

He was staring at the phone too.

“What does that mean?” she whispered.

Jordan didn't answer.

“Jordan?”

“I don't know.”

“You don't know?”

“I swear.”

Claudine stepped backward.

“But someone just admitted they caused the accident!”

Jordan tried to get out of bed.

“Don't move!” Claudine shouted.

“I need to know who sent that.”

He reached for the phone.

Suddenly—

BEEP.

Another message appeared.

"Ask Jordan what happened at 6:15 PM."

Claudine froze.

“6:15…”

She remembered.

The accident happened around that time.

She looked at Jordan.

“What happened at 6:15?”

Jordan's face became pale.

“Nothing.”

“Don't lie to me.”

“I’m not.”

“Then why did that person mention 6:15?”

Jordan remained silent.

“Jordan!”

Finally, he whispered:

“At 6:15, I received a phone call.”

“From who?”

“An unknown number.”

“What did they say?”

“They told me to pick you up.”

Claudine's eyes widened.

“What?”

“They knew you would still be at school.”

“And they told you to come for me?”

“Yes.”

“Why?”

“I don't know.”

Claudine stared at him.

“You never told me this.”

“I was afraid.”

“Afraid of what?”

Jordan looked at her.

“That the person who called me was the same person who wanted you dead.”

Claudine's heart pounded.

“So they used you to bring me onto that road.”

Jordan nodded slowly.

“Yes.”

Claudine covered her mouth.

“That means…”

“The accident was planned.”

Silence filled the room.

Then Jordan's father suddenly entered.

“We need to leave.”

Claudine looked at him.

“Why?”

“Someone has entered the hospital.”

Jordan's expression changed.

“What?”

Mr. Cole pulled out his phone.

“One of the security cameras caught a man wearing a nurse's uniform.”

Claudine's heart dropped.

“The nurse who gave me the phone…”

“She disappeared.”

Jordan looked at Claudine.

“Where is the phone?”

She held it tightly.

“Here.”

Mr. Cole's face became serious.

“Give it to me.”

Claudine hesitated.

“Why?”

“Because whoever sent those messages can track it.”

Jordan immediately said:

“Dad, don't touch it.”

Mr. Cole looked at him.

“Why?”

“Because it might be a trap.”

Before anyone could say another word—

CRASH!

The window shattered.

Everyone ducked.

A small black device flew through the broken window.

It landed beside the bed.

BEEP.

Mr. Cole's face turned pale.

“GET OUT!”

“What is it?” Claudine screamed.

“MOVE!”

They rushed into the hallway.

Three seconds later—

BOOM! đź’Ą

The hospital room exploded.

Smoke filled the corridor.

Claudine screamed.

Jordan held her tightly.

“Are you okay?”

She nodded.

Mr. Cole looked back at the destroyed room.

His face was filled with fear.

“They're getting closer.”

💔 THE BOY I HATED SAVED MY LIFE💔 PART 14 — THE MESSAGE FROM HER DEAD FATHER

A nurse entered the hospital room.
She smiled.
“Claudine?”
“Yes?”
“I have something for you.”
The nurse handed her a small package.
Claudine looked confused.
“Who sent this?”
The nurse shook her head.
“No name.”
Claudine slowly opened it.
Inside was an old phone.
Her father’s phone.
Her hands began trembling.
“My father’s phone…”
Jordan stared at it.
“Turn it on.”
Claudine pressed the power button.
The screen lit up.
There was only one audio recording.
RECORDED TWO YEARS AGO.
Claudine pressed play.
Her father’s voice filled the room.
“Claudine…”
She covered her mouth.
Her father continued:
“If you’re hearing this, something happened to me.”
Claudine began crying.
“There are people you must never trust.”
A pause.
Then his voice became frightened.
“Especially…”
The recording suddenly became distorted.
Claudine leaned closer.
“Especially who?”
Static filled the room.
Then her father’s final words came through clearly:
“Don’t trust Jordan Cole.”
The recording ended.
Claudine slowly looked at Jordan.
Jordan stared back at her.
Neither of them spoke.
Then—
The hospital lights flickered.
Once.
Twice.
And a message appeared on her father’s phone.
UNKNOWN NUMBER:
“Now you know the truth.”
Claudine’s hands began shaking.
Another message appeared.
“But your father lied about one thing.”
A final message arrived.
“Jordan didn’t cause the accident.”
Claudine stared at the screen.
Then—
“I DID.”
Claudine’s face went completely pale.
Jordan stared at the phone in horror.
Who was behind the accident?
Who was sending the messages?
And why did Claudine’s father warn her never to trust Jordan?

💔 THE BOY I HATED SAVED MY LIFE💔 PART 13 — THE SECRET JORDAN WAS HIDING

Late that night, Claudine sat beside Jordan’s hospital bed.
Machines beeped softly.
Jordan remained unconscious.
Claudine held his hand.
“You idiot…”
A tear rolled down her cheek.
“You saved me from that car.”
She squeezed his fingers.
“And now you’re lying here because of me.”
Jordan didn’t respond.
She leaned closer.
“I hated you for two years.”
Her voice trembled.
“I called you names.”
“I blamed you.”
“I refused to listen.”
She wiped her tears.
“And you still protected me.”
Silence.
“I don’t deserve you.”
Suddenly—
Jordan’s fingers moved.
Claudine froze.
“Jordan?”
His eyes slowly opened.
“Claudine…”
She immediately smiled through her tears.
“You’re awake!”
Jordan tried to sit up.
“Ouch…”
“Don’t move!”
Claudine pressed the nurse button.
Jordan looked at her.
“You’re crying.”
She laughed softly.
“Because you’re stupid.”
Jordan smiled weakly.
“Nice to see you too.”
Claudine held his hand tightly.
“I thought I lost you.”
Jordan looked at her.
“You didn’t.”
“I was so scared.”
“I know.”
There was a long silence.
Then Jordan whispered:
“Did my father tell you?”
“Everything.”
Jordan’s expression changed.
“What is everything?”
“About my father.”
He stared at her.
“Claudine…”
“Was my father murdered?”
Jordan looked away.
“Yes.”
Her eyes filled with tears.
“And you knew?”
“I suspected.”
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“Because I didn’t have proof.”
She became silent.
Then Jordan reached for her hand.
“I’m sorry.”
Claudine looked at him.
“You didn’t kill my father.”
“No.”
“But someone did.”
“Yes.”
“And they are still out there.”
Jordan nodded.
“That’s why you can’t trust anyone.”
Claudine looked toward the door.
“Not even your father?”
Jordan became silent.
“What are you telling me?”
He looked at her.
“My father isn’t innocent.”
Claudine’s heart sank.
“What?”
“There’s something about that photograph.”
“What?”
Jordan took a slow breath.
“My father knew your father before the company.”
Claudine stared at him.
“They were business partners.”
“Then why did my father die?”
“I don’t know.”
Jordan looked frightened.
“But I found something in my father’s office.”
“What?”
“A file.”
“What file?”
“Your father’s name was on it.”
Claudine’s breathing became heavy.
“What did it say?”
Jordan looked directly into her eyes.
“It said your father wasn’t investigating the company.”
Claudine frowned.
“Then what was he doing?”
Jordan whispered:
“He was working with them.”
Claudine froze.
“No…”
“He wasn’t trying to expose the criminals.”
Jordan’s voice became weaker.
“He was one of them.”
Claudine stood up slowly.
“No.”
Jordan reached for her.
“Claudine—”
“My father would never do that.”
“I know what you believe.”
“You don’t know anything about my father!”
“I saw the documents!”
Claudine stepped backward.
Tears filled her eyes.
“My father was a good man.”
“I believe you.”
“Then why are you saying this?”
“Because someone changed the documents.”
Claudine froze.
“What?”
Jordan looked at her.
“I think somebody is trying to make your father look guilty.”
“Who?”
Before Jordan could answer—
The hospital door slowly opened.

💔 THE BOY I HATED SAVED MY LIFE💔 PART 12 — THE TRUTH BEHIND HER FATHER’S DEATH
“JORDAN!”
Claudine screamed as Jordan collapsed into her arms.
Blood stained his shirt.
Her hands shook violently.
“Somebody help him!”
The mansion remained completely dark.
Security guards rushed through the hallway.
“Turn the lights back on!”
“Find the shooter!”
“Lock the gates!”
Claudine pressed her hands against Jordan’s wound.
“Jordan, please!”
Jordan struggled to breathe.
“Claudine…”
“I’m here!”
“Don’t… trust…”
His eyes slowly closed.
“Jordan!”
Claudine began crying.
“No, no, no…”
Then suddenly—
CLICK.
The lights came back on.
Everyone looked around.
But Vanessa was gone.
Only one thing remained behind.
A small black envelope lying on the floor.
Jordan’s father picked it up.
His face immediately changed.
“What is it?” Claudine asked.
He opened it.
Inside was a single piece of paper.
He read it silently.
Then his hands began shaking.
“What’s written there?” Claudine demanded.
Mr. Cole looked at her.
“It says…”
He swallowed.
“The girl knows too much. Finish what you started.”
Claudine froze.
“The girl?”
Mr. Cole looked at her.
“Yes.”
THREE HOURS LATER — THE HOSPITAL
Claudine sat outside the emergency room.
Her clothes were still covered in blood.
Her eyes were swollen from crying.
Mr. Cole sat beside her.
Neither of them spoke.
Finally, Claudine whispered:
“Is he going to survive?”
Mr. Cole nodded slowly.
“The bullet didn’t hit his heart.”
Claudine closed her eyes.
She released a shaky breath.
“Thank God.”
“But…”
She looked at him.
“But what?”
“He lost a lot of blood.”
Claudine began crying again.
“This is my fault.”
“No.”
“If I wasn’t there…”
“Claudine.”
Mr. Cole looked directly at her.
“You are not responsible for what these people did.”
She looked down.
“My father…”
Her voice broke.
“You said he was investigating them.”
“Yes.”
“Who are they?”
Mr. Cole remained silent.
“Please.”
He sighed.
“Your father discovered something about a company.”
“What company?”
“Cole International.”
Claudine’s eyes widened.
“Your company?”
“Yes.”
“What did he discover?”
Mr. Cole looked toward the hospital corridor.
“Money was being stolen.”
“By who?”
“I don’t know.”
Claudine stared at him.
“You don’t know?”
“I suspected someone inside the company.”
“Who?”
Mr. Cole didn’t answer.
Then Claudine noticed something.
“Wait…”
“What?”
“You said my father discovered the theft.”
“Yes.”
“But why would someone kill him?”
Mr. Cole looked at her.
“Because your father found the name of the person behind it.”
“Whose name?”
Mr. Cole lowered his voice.
“Vanessa’s father.”
Claudine’s heart stopped.
“Mr. Mensah?”
“Yes.”
She stood suddenly.
“But Vanessa was just a student!”
“Exactly.”
Claudine stared at him.
“So she framed me because…”
Mr. Cole looked at her.
“Because your father had evidence against her family.”
Claudine covered her mouth.
Everything suddenly made sense.
The scholarship scandal.
The leaked exam answers.
Vanessa accusing her.
Jordan is trying to defend her.
Her father’s mysterious death.
And now the accident.
It was all connected.
But there was one thing she couldn’t understand.
“Why Jordan?”
Mr. Cole looked confused.
“What?”
“Why did Vanessa shoot Jordan?”
Mr. Cole’s expression became dark.
“Because Jordan discovered the truth.”
