2) After inkjet printing, adjust the temperature of the heating module of the printer according to the drying speed of the ink, not only to ensure that the printed pictures and texts do not "sag", but also to adapt to the subsequent dusting process to ensure that the dusting is not too much. Too much will affect the hand feeling, but not too little will affect the fastness after pressing while transfer.
3) In the "baking or curing" process, it is better to use hot-melt powder to shine, melt and spread slowly.
4) During the pressing process, it is necessary to adjust the pressure according to the substrate, and adjust the pressing temperature and pressing time according to the requirements of the hot melt powder. The three elements of pressure, temperature and time complement each other.
5) The white ink of the consumables involved in the digital white ink/color ink paint heat transfer process is easy to precipitate and delaminate. It is best to ensure the effective circulation of the entire ink circuit system to avoid clogging of the nozzles and poor printing.
6)Please put the printing film in a dry place, the humidity is 40°C-60°C, and the temperature is above 20°C
