Position: Senior Merchandiser (sales)
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in the Garments/Garments accessories sector.

Location: Dhaka and Chittagong.
Education: Minimum Bachelorโ€™s degree in any field.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
โ€ข Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and market conditions to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
โ€ข Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, prices, and orders.
โ€ข Assisting customers and providing product information to drive sales.
โ€ข Working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
โ€ข Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
โ€ข Train and mentor junior staff on merchandising best practices.
Skills:
โ€ข Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales.
โ€ข Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
โ€ข Use creativity to find a new customer.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
