I China Real Estate & Design & Award (CREDAWARD) was started in 2014 as the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry by a group of top China real estate developers. Award Vision is to attract outstanding global projects & talents, becoming an internationally famed award to promote exchange of the newest design ideas, professional practice and get more oversea firms involved in the China design, build and development world. Projects can be submitted from around the world, i.e. the projects can be built outside of China or inside of China. Developers and design firms both are welcome to submit their projects.

II There are four categories of the award submission, please see the photos for specific details.

III. The Results of CREDAWARD
Merit Award- The shortlists which attend the award ceremony can get the Merit Award. (You can choose to make the speech during the award day or not)

Gold and Silver Award - The gold and silver awards will be selected from the shortlists which make the live speech.

IV. Requirements for Participation
• Projects fall into these four categories above.
• All the domestic(China) and overseas projects are welcomed.
• For the construction completed projects, the completion time shall fall in between the range from 2015.1.1-2019.12.31;
• For the projects under construction:
1. The residential projects must have started the selling process, and the built images of the facades of the sale center needs to be provided;
2. At least one phase of the commercial project is under operation.

More than 1000 designers and developers from 323 firms joined us at the award presentation and award ceremony On April 26th - 27th 2019,. We have 1117 total submission for the year 2018-2019, which almost double the number of 2017- 2018, The deadline for submission is Dec 20th every year. The shortlisted submissions are announced around Jan 20th. The judges are all top designers and the top real estate developers such as design director level of professionals. They are the ones who founded the award back in 2015, their hopes is to promote good designs in China and the rest of the world, the award function as a bridge between China and the world design and built profession.

425 projects are shortlisted among 1117 total entries, that is 38% are shortlisted. The shortlisted projects are invited to give a live presentation in front of the judges and the competitors on April 26th during the daytime before the award dinner where the Gold award and Merit award winners will be announced.

More than 1000 professionals in design field and real estate attended the 5th CREDAWARD award dinner on April 26 and 27th to receive their awards. They are from 323 firms, more than 10 countries. 10% of this year's 1117 projects are from oversea firms. 90% are from China.

Founded in 2014, the yearly CREDAWARD(China Real Estate Design Award) has rapidly developed into THE most influential international real estate design award among China's real estate industry due to its authoritative judges, strict evaluation process and open evaluation. Last year 2018-2019, there are 1117 entries and among them, 33% are in architecture category, 25% in landscape architecture category, 35% in interior design and 6% in lighting design. 10% of the 117 entries are from non-China countries, including U.S., German, France, Italy, Japan, Thailand and Sigapore etc. Please join us at this year's award 2019-2020 in Shanghai China.
