Autumn Sonata Autumn Sonata, a boutique founded by Zephy and Kian, is located in 72 Wuyuan Road, the centre of former french concession.

As the extension of the concept of the Old Lyric, Autumn Sonata aims to presenting fine garments and exquisite accessories. All the pieces were strictly chosen, only from brands that use high-quality fabrics and extraordinary craftsmanship, with distinctive design and coherent narrative. Autumn Sonata is located in a 100-year old building with a display window along the street. It is over 200 squa

re meters which assures enough space for shopping and storage. The building has three floors with a rooftop that is ready for special events and parties. Between every two floors, there is a separate space at the turn of the staircase. The first floor is mainly focused on the high-quality daily wear. With a relatively warm-toned decoration, the first floor showcases wearable clothes from brands such as Margaret Howell and Casey Casey. The second floor is more avant-garde, displaying brands such Aganovich, Sybilla and By Walid with also many crafted accessories. The third floor is more likely to be the “shop-in-shop” of Old Lyric. The style of the garments combines the classical European heritage and Eastern wabi-wabi attitude towards fashion design. The wall is specially painted in an old style to create the vintage atmosphere. Situated in a conspicuous location with artistic neighbourhood, Autumn Sonata is surrounded by a lot of reputable restaurants, galleries and cafes. The most popular Hunan restaurant is in the house opposite. A very nice Japanese Zen-lifestyle store (荃二) is to the back door of Autumn Sonata. Besides, there are also several hit galleries nearby such as Leo Xu Projects, Don Gallery and James Cohan Gallery.
