Facing increasingly stringent environmental regulations and strong market demand for biodegradable materials, Makeit showcased its diverse portfolio of sustainable fiber solutions at the exhibition, including PLA fiber, viscose staple fiber, Soybean Protein Fiber, and other biodegradable materials.

During the exhibition, the Makeit technical team held in-depth discussions with potential partners on key topics such as "carbon reduction at the fiber source," "feasibility of closed-loop recycling," and "process adaptability of bio-based materials in wet-laid nonwovens." The functional samples exhibited by the company drew preliminary cooperation interest from several leading international companies.

"INDEX™26 is not just an exhibition window; it is an important milestone for our dialogue with the international market," said the overseas business head of Makeit. "We start at the fiber source, committed to making green no longer a premium option but a basic standard for the industry. We look forward to translating these conversations into concrete joint development and long-term supply partnerships."

As INDEX™26 concludes, Makeit will continue to rely on its R&D and production base in Suzhou to accelerate the industrialization of a new generation of bio-based fibers. The company sincerely invites global industry partners to stay connected and work together to open a new green chapter for nonwoven materials.

In modern textile manufacturing, material selection is no longer a simple cost decision. For weaving mills, knitting factories, and industrial fabric producers, the choice between polyester filament yarn and nylon filament yarn directly determines production efficiency, fabric consistency, machine downtime, and final product performance.

When procurement teams evaluate suppliers for polyester filament yarn, the focus is highly technical and production-driven. They are not only asking whether the yarn can be produced, but whether it can sustain:

Stable tensile strength under continuous high-speed weaving

Consistent denier uniformity across large production batches

Controlled elongation behavior during warp and weft processing

Reliable dye uptake consistency for batch-to-batch color matching

Low filament breakage rate in high-speed looms and knitting machines

In industrial reality, even a small deviation in yarn uniformity can lead to:

Frequent yarn breakage on high-speed circular knitting machines

Fabric streaking or barre effects in warp knitting

Uneven dye absorption and visible shade variation

Reduced production efficiency due to machine stoppages

This is why leading manufacturers increasingly evaluate polyester filament yarn not as a commodity fiber, but as a precision-engineered textile input material.

In the evolving global textile industry, the demand for Soybean protein fiber textile and Soybean fiber clothing is no longer driven solely by sustainability narratives. Instead, procurement decisions are increasingly shaped by measurable performance—comfort stability, fiber structural reliability, and consistency in large-scale manufacturing.

For functional textile brand owners, sustainable apparel manufacturers, premium fabric developers, and supply chain enterprises focused on eco-friendly materials, soybean protein fiber has moved beyond being an “alternative fiber.” It is now evaluated as a functional engineering material within apparel systems.

When medical protection manufacturers, air filtration system suppliers, and industrial filtration material buyers search for Meltblown Nonwoven fabric or try to understand What is the difference between spunbond and meltblown polypropylene, their decision process is fundamentally driven by performance engineering requirements rather than material appearance or basic cost considerations.

In real industrial filtration systems—such as surgical masks, N95/FFP2 respirators, HVAC filtration cartridges, and liquid filtration membranes—the meltblown polypropylene fiber layer is not an auxiliary material. It is the core functional barrier that determines filtration efficiency, particle capture stability, and long-term performance consistency under airflow pressure conditions.

The functional value of meltblown nonwoven materials is defined at the microstructural level. Unlike conventional fibers, meltblown polypropylene fibers are formed through a high-velocity hot air attenuation process that stretches molten polymer into ultra-fine filaments, often reaching micron or sub-micron diameters. This extreme fiber fineness creates a highly porous, high-surface-area structure that enables efficient particle interception through multiple physical mechanisms, including inertial impaction, diffusion capture, and electrostatic attraction.

We are exhibiting at SaigonTex 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City from April 8 to 11. You can find us at Hall B, Booth 2R25.

We brought several of our sustainable fiber products to the show, including PLA fiber, viscose staple fiber, and Soybean Protein Fiber. These are bio-based and biodegradable materials designed for garment, home textile, and nonwoven applications.

So far, we have received visitors from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries. Most questions have been about product specifications, pricing, and lead times. We also had some good conversations about how our fibers perform in real applications.

The show runs through April 11. We are here to learn more about the Southeast Asian market and explore potential partnerships. If you are at SaigonTex, feel free to stop by.
