We will confirm you with a membership no. within 24 hours. Order Procedure
1. Send us a Taobao link of your product to our Facebook inbox message with your membership no.
2. We will find your product on Taobao and send you the

Taobao print screen to confirm the product.
3. Once we receive your confirmation (of quantity, colour, size..etc), we will provide you the quotation.
4. We will send you the bank details for banking-in. Bank-in must be done within 3 working days after the order is confirmed.
5. Once we receive your payment, we will place your order within 24 hours.
6. We will inform you once your order has been sent out (Takes around 7-10 working days). C. How do we charged? ((Taobao item price + Taobao delivery fee) x Currency rate MOP from RMB) + 8% service charge

Example:
Currency rate RMB 1: MOP 1.3
((RMB 100 + RMB 10) x 1.3) +8%
=(110 x 1.3) + 8%
= MOP $ 143 + MOP $ 11.44
= MOP $ 154.44 (round up to $155)

-Minimum service charge per order is MOP $8
-Extra delivery charge will be paid to the pick-up shop when you pick up the order. It will be $5 per kg.
-Pick-up shop will keep the item for 4 days, extra storage days might lead to extra charges. D. Urgent orders
1. Orders can be send to your required Macau address directly from China, it will be much quicker for the orders to arrive (normally around 3-6 working days), buyer will need to pay extra delivery fee. These deliveries do not need to pick up from the pick-up shop.
2. No extra charges will be charged by us. E. Terms and conditions
1. No refund after Taobao order has been placed.
2. If there are any defects found on the product, no responsibility to the shop.
3. We will not help to purchase food and beverage products as well as anything that is alive (including plants and animals).
4. We will not help to purchase any prohibited items.
