Recently, ITG has organized the🌏International Talent Training for 2024. This training is yearly organized for employees who are dealing with international relevant works, including staffs of import&export sales, expatriates, legal person, HR specialist, investment specialist, futures traders, risk control specialist, and etc.

All 50 trainees are from different ITG subsidiaries, including areas of Textile, Steel, Stainless Stell, Metal, Natural Produce, Healthy And Medical, Shipping, Petrochemical, Agricultural, Mining, Nonferrous Mining, Paper, Pulp Paper, Energy, also functional deparments of Brand Management, Risk Control, Financial, Investment, Human Resources, Documents, Logistics.

This project is lasing for 5 months. For every monthly 2 days training all oversea and off-site staffs will flight to ITG headquarter in Xiamen for attendance. 🛬

There will be a string of lessons and English workshops, including Insight Into Global Talent Trends, Analysis of The International Economic Situation And Global Competitive Situation Analysis, International Operation--Market Insight And Analysis, Oversea Marketing--Brand Positioning And Brand Marketing, Transnational Operation Risk Control System (Southeast Asia), International Market Promotion Strategy, Cross Cultural Communication And Localization Management, and so on.

This project is aiming to enhance trainees insight in globalization trends since ITG is rapidly expanding its gloabl business and setting up oversea offices&companies! 🎯

ITG oversea offices&companies in New Zeland, The United States, Brazil, Chile, Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, The Philippines, Thailand had been set up, and there are more offices will be set up in coming years. 🗺
