We started this business idea almost 3 years ago, and only a few months ago we were finally able to launch pieces we were truly proud of. Not because we were waiting for the “perfect moment”, but because along the way we realised that we had to change everything we built the first year....
One of the biggest mistakes we made was choosing a fabric that did not align with our values.
So we changed eeeeverything...
We redesigned our business model, rebuilt our supply chain, and even moved production from South America to Europe.
It was frustrating, slow, expensive, and honestly, sometimes very discouraging... But it also taught us to trust our intuition more than any timeline we had in our heads.
So yes, now we can finally say we are a no-poly business🌟🍦 But this was not a quick decision or a perfect story. It came from mistakes, from learning, from questioning ourselves, and from choosing to do things in a way that feels more honest to us.
I guess this is just a reminder that there is no rush. Follow your own path, do things with passion, and when something does not feel quite right, don’t be afraid to change your mind.🐣🐥
