A quick and honest update from us.
We have been repairing waders and fly fishing outerwear for more than 10 years. We started in Russia and now continue our work here in the Balkans.

Recently, the workload became much higher than expected and at the moment we have around 100 pairs of waders in repair. Because of this, there were cases where we did not meet our own standards: insufficient testing, repeated leaks and repairs that did not perform as expected.

We sincerely apologize to the anglers we disappointed.

Right now we are preparing a new workshop and expanding our capacity to improve diagnostics, quality control and final testing.

Our warranty remains the same: we guarantee only the area repaired by us. All warranty cases will be accepted and repaired.

Jedno kratko i iskreno obraćanje od nas.
Već više od 10 godina popravljamo vejderse i membransku opremu za mušičarenje. Počeli smo u Rusiji, a danas nastavljamo rad ovde na Balkanu.

U poslednje vreme broj porudžbina je bio mnogo veći nego što smo očekivali i trenutno imamo oko 100 vejdersa u servisu. Zbog toga je bilo situacija kada nismo održali standard koji želimo: nedovoljno testiranje, ponovna propuštanja i popravke koje nisu dale očekivan rezultat.

Iskreno se izvinjavamo ribolovcima koje smo razočarali.

Trenutno pripremamo novu radionicu i proširujemo kapacitete kako bismo poboljšali dijagnostiku, kontrolu kvaliteta i završno testiranje.

Naša garancija ostaje ista: garantujemo samo mesto na kome je izvršena naša popravka. Sve reklamacije biće prihvaćene i rešene.

Premium down jackets are built to last, but even high-end gear eventually shows signs of wear in the areas under the most stress. This repair project involved a heavily used Patagonia Men’s Down Sweater Hoody that arrived with damaged sleeves, worn fabric, local tears, and loss of insulation.

Instead of replacing the jacket, we performed a full restoration designed to extend its lifespan while preserving functionality and appearance.

Result
After restoration, this Patagonia Down Sweater Hoody received:

✔ recovered loft and insulation volume

Not every leak starts with damaged fabric.

This pair of waders came to us after a previous repair attempt. Under the old rubber patch we found aged adhesive, loss of flexibility and the beginning of structural failure in the boot connection.

Instead of adding another patch on top, we removed the old materials, cleaned the surface, rebuilt the damaged area and restored waterproof performance properly.

Sometimes repairing means undoing the previous repair first.

Ne počinje svako curenje oštećenom tkaninom.

Ovi vejdersi su stigli kod nas nakon prethodne popravke. Ispod stare gumene zakrpe pronašli smo stari lepak, gubitak elastičnosti i početak propadanja spoja sa čizmom.

Umesto da zalepimo još jedan sloj preko postojećeg, uklonili smo stare materijale, pripremili podlogu, obnovili oštećeni deo i vratili potpunu vodonepropusnost.

Ponekad popravka znači da prvo treba ukloniti posledice prethodne popravke.

A customer came to us after a previous repair attempt.
Under the old rubber patch we found aged adhesive, loss of flexibility, and the beginning of boot connection failure.

What we did:
✓ removed all old repair materials
✓ cleaned and prepared the base surface
✓ restored the damaged area
✓ installed a new repair layer using a PTFE (Teflon) release membrane during the rebuild process
✓ restored full waterproof performance

The result — the boot section works as it should again.

Sometimes the right repair is not adding another patch on top. Sometimes the correct solution is to rebuild it properly.

Klijent nam je doneo vejderse nakon prethodne popravke.
Ispod stare gumene zakrpe krili su se stari lepak, gubitak elastičnosti i početak propadanja spoja čizme.

Šta smo uradili:
✓ uklonili stare materijale
✓ očistili i pripremili podlogu
✓ obnovili oštećenu površinu
✓ ugradili novi sloj za popravku uz korišćenje PTFE (teflonske) membrane tokom procesa
✓ vratili potpunu vodonepropusnost

Rezultat — deo sa čizmom ponovo radi kako treba.

Nekad rešenje nije zalepiti još jednu zakrpu preko stare. Nekad je potrebno obnoviti konstrukciju kako treba.
