It combines familiar designs in unfamiliar ways, breaking the status quo and creating a unique piece of art, through its shapes, colors and details. About SJ himself:
Saro Jacques Chaparian was born on April 17th,1991 in the small town of Anjar found in Bekaa, Lebanon. During high school he was the first to ever organize a fashion show for the enitre school with just 3 simple designs in 2007. After he graduated in 2009, he attended Haigazian University for a marketing degree. at his 1st year there, he associated with the Social Acivities Club and participated in a fundraising fashion show taking over the formal wear section providing 12 unique designs. At the end of his 2nd year in Haigazian University in 2011, feeling he doesn't belong there, he dropped out of marketing to pursue his dream of studying fashion design. In the summer of 2011, Saro's father, Jacques Chaparian, helped and encouraged him to open his own boutique right below their house in Anjar. Therefore, on August 6, 2011 "Saro Jacques Couture" opened having a small red carpet event with friends and family. A few months after that, Saro joined CAMM- College Artistique de la Mode Moderne- to study fashion design in October 2011 and Graduated in June 2014! Achievements:

2013 - The Rebel Year
Since some myths assumed that 2012 would be the last year and that the World will seize to exist, Saro Jacques was inspired from that mere thought of survival in the midst of chaos and disaster. Therefore, in 2013, a Saro Jacques woman is the one who is fearless enough to Rebel against anything or anyone to set herself free and survive. SJ started working on his 3rd couture collection REBEL in early January 2013. Collection - which was out in late March 2013- and was said to be the various styling combinations of 20 highly tailored pieces. "It's all about mixing and matching, Aint that the key of Survival? at Hilton Beirut Habtour Grand hotel's Emirates Hall - (Camm Fashion School's
25th annual graduates' fashion show)
The collection featured 7 distinct looks; having many see through textures as well as hand beaded embellishments and in general very daring outfits.
