Lemesios Sports was founded by Doros Lemesios, a former basketball player. He believes that sports are the perfect exit from a TV potato to an active sports-animal, but he grew dissatisfied with the sport-inexperienced salesmen that flooded Nicosia and were offering amateur advice to people that needed not just shoes and sportswear, but also professional advice and inspiration. Lemesios Sports has

done just that since the early 90's. It was a straight-to-success story so he opened another shop in Stavrou Avenue,Nicosia. A progressive sportsman, he engaged people in the I.T industry to help him venture out in selling the needed sports equipment to people around the country who require only the latest technology in sportswear and shoes.
