What happens when a warehouse is no longer just automated, but capable of understanding what’s happening inside its own operations?

Our colleague Bohumil Tejnický was recently interviewed by ekonom_cz about exactly this shift: the move toward agentic warehouses.

Instead of systems that simply execute predefined workflows, logistics is starting to evolve toward environments that can recognize issues in real time, understand context across processes, and autonomously decide how to respond.

As Bohumil explains, this is not just an efficiency upgrade - it’s a structural change in how warehouse operations are designed, moving toward systems that behave in a more adaptive and operationally “aware” way.
