🍂 Hello September!

How was your first day of September? Ours was really, really busy - and quite emotional too 🥹 - as we had a very big day for our oldest son: his FIRST day of school! 🏫 I’ll share a little more about that later…

I’m so happy to announce that Boho Mum / Oblečení pro mámy & děti and ✨ Boho Mum ✨ Hand Crochet Slow Fashion has been selected to join Design lock this Sunday, alongside a beautiful selection of independent designers, makers and artisans ✨

I’ll be there with a collection of our handmade pieces - mainly our signature crochet fashion, lovingly created in the Czech Republic with focus on slow fashion, craftsmanship and pieces made to be treasured for years. 🌼

🍓 PINK BERRY COCONUT BLISS BALLS 🥥✨

Our current favorite healthy snack on the go! Delicious and made perfectly for summer days! ☀️🌊

🌱 It’s vegan-friendly, gluten, dairy, and egg-free.

Ingredients:
🥣1 cup gluten free oats
🌴 1/2 cup Dates (pitted)
🥥 1/2 cup Shredded coconut (+ extra for rolling)
🍓 Handful of Strawberries or Raspberries
🌼1/3 cup Chia seeds
🌸2 or 3 tsp Pomegranate powder from (for that vibrant pink glow!)
💦 A splash of water

Tip: Chill in the fridge for 20 mins and enjoy! Every bite is loaded with fiber, healthy Omega-3s, iron, magnesium, and cell-protecting antioxidants.

🌼 Our spring walk in Stromovka felt like stepping into a sea of blossoming daffodils 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼 A hidden gem in Prague that turns magical every spring. And here came the cutest moment ever - our twins walking hand in hand, sharing hugs and endless affection 🥹💗 the kind of moments I could watch on repeat forever. ✨
