-a car field. In 2009, Alice founded Women in Business, out of a need to create a relevant network in order for women to share solutions and ideas. Since 2012 she has been a Mentor for European Network of Mentors for Women Entrepreneurs and she represented Romania at the Global Summit of Women. During this time, she had her own TV show called “Business for Women” and participated in entrepreneurship programs in different countries. Her latest business launched in 2014, ALISIA ENCO (www.alisiaenco.com) is a fashion brand for businesswomen built around already iconic shirts, a business that sets to inspire women and ignite their creativity in life.

To be part of this exhibition at Salon Mánes feels like magic! ✨

Madame Enco, my character, existed only on a canvas in my home.

Today, she is part of an exhibition at Gallery Mánes in Prague, alongside the work of talented Czech artists.

From now until the end of July, you can visit the gallery and discover and even purchase my silk scarves featuring the chicest and happiest character I have ever created, Madame Enco.❤️

From canvas to silk.

From an idea to a character.

From a dream to a gallery.

Madame Enco is slowly finding her way into the world. It’s just magic! ✨

I’m so happy and honored to become a contributor to the Czech & Slovak Leaders Magazine! ✨

It is one of the largest English-language publications in the Czech Republic, focused on interviews with top leaders, diplomats, business figures, culture, and high-level events.

It brings together stories from people who shape industries, communities, and ideas.

And now, I get to be part of it. 🫣

For me, this is more than writing. It’s about sharing stories.

Stories of women.
Women with dreams.
Women who build, create, and inspire.

Women like me.
Women like you.

Through this magazine, I want to bring forward what we don’t always see, the courage behind the decisions, the struggles behind the beauty, the dreams behind every creation.

What a beautiful morning! ✨Today, I had the honour of welcoming the Romanian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Ms. antoanetabarta to my ALISIA ENCO shop inside the Mandarin Oriental Prague Hotel 🇨🇿
It was such a joy to receive her in this magical place and I’m truly grateful she enjoyed it. ✨

She also reminded me of something that touched my heart:
when I first visited the Embassy, I told her that if I ever opened a shop in Prague, it had to be in Malá Strana.

And today… here I am.
In Malá Strana.
Inside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

Because nothing is impossible when you truly believe and you don’t give up. 🤍

I’ve been telling you for years how much I dreamed of having my own alisia_enco shop.
I’ve been dreaming of it since 2014. And now… the moment has finally arrived.🫣

I searched for it for a long time. I struggled a lot to find the right place. But maybe the truth is — it found me.

Just when I felt tired, just when I thought about giving up on this business, last year magic appeared. And today, with immense joy, I’m happy to share that my dream has come true in the most beautiful way.

ALISIA ENCO now has its own shop inside the beautiful 5 star hotel in Prague, mo_prague Mandarin Oriental Prague Hotel 🇨🇿✨

I am beyond happy and deeply grateful 🙏 I can’t wait to begin this new journey and to share it with you. 🤍
