Diddy Teases The Weeknd’s Final Collaboration

Diddy is gearing up to release The Love Album very soon. It is going to be coming out on September 15th, and fans are very excited to see what kind of direction the legend will go. Overall, you can expect some truly special features on this album. After all, Diddy is a legend whom many throughout the music industry would want to work with. At this point in his career, he can pretty well get anyone he wants to come on board. Even if that person is looking to enter a new era of not just their career, but their life as well.

As it turns out, one of the biggest features on the new Diddy album will come from none other than The Weeknd. The Weeknd has stated that he only has one more collaboration on the way. After that, he will be changing his stage name and plans to only make his own music. Overall, fans are interested in this new era. Live Nation Sued By Stagehand For The Weeknd

Live Nation is facing a new lawsuit after a stagehand was injured at a show in Texas. The show was one of the stops on The Weeknd’s After Hours tour, which is still going on. The tour will head to Latin America starting next month and it’s been going on since last year. The show in question happened at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas over a year ago on August 14, 2022. The show drew an incredible crowd of over 60,000 people, but it didn’t go off without a hitch. Now a new lawsuit is emerging by a stagehand claiming he was injured while setting up the massive stage design for the show.

According to Pitchfork, the lawsuit was filed by Steve Genovese, who claims that an on-site accident happened on August 9 while he was working to set up the show. “While marking the floor for the stage dimensions, [Genovese] was run over by a forklift which was being operated by another worker on site,” the filing reads. “As a result, [he] suffered severe, excruciatingly painful, and permanently disabling injuries to his leg. The flesh and muscle were torn away from [his] leg and were detached from the bones.” Live Nation, Cowboys Stadium LP, C3 Presents, and David Weise & Associates are all named in the lawsuit.

The Weeknd has been piling on records for his After Hours tour. In terms of total gross, it’s the highest-selling tour of the 2020s so far. He also broke the attendance record at the London Stadium with an astonishing 80,000 fans in attendance.

The Weeknd also makes two appearances on one of the biggest albums of 2023, Travis Scott’s UTOPIA. He teamed up with Scott and Bad Bunny for the album’s lead single “K-POP.” Then he appears again on the album proper alongside Swae Lee on the track “CIRCUS MAXIMUS.” What do you think about the new lawsuit filed by a stagehand for The Weeknd? Corey Miller Thanks Kim Kardashian For Her Support

Kim Kardashian recently took to social media to bring some attention to the case of Corey Miller. Miller has spent over 20 years in a Louisiana prison for a crime he allegedly did not commit. He was arrested in 2002 following a shooting at Platinum Club in LA, and has maintained his innocence ever since. A new state law should allow Miller to appear in court again, however, this right has allegedly been denied.

“Louisiana recently enacted a new law that provides innocent people with the ability to raise a post-conviction claim of factual innocence,” Kim wrote on Twitter earlier this week. “Mr. Miller has raised such a claim and, like all of his prior post-conviction filings, has been denied relief without even so much as an evidentiary hearing. In light of the fact that the only witnesses have completely recanted their testimony, there is absolutely no remaining evidence against Mr. Miller. Corey Miller deserves a day in court to test the veracity of the recanted statements and to prove that he did not shoot Steve Thomas.”

Kim shedding light on the case surely makes it more likely that Miller will soon have an opportunity for justice. He took to social media to respond to Kardashian’s statement, expressing his gratitude for her bringing the case to the public’s attention. “It’s been a long journey for justice,” he writes, “Thank you [prayer emoji] and EVERYONE involved over the years (praying, advocating and believing) in my innocence.”

According to Kim, she’s been working on Miller’s case “for years.” Elsewhere in her message, she pointed out some inconsistencies in the case. She also urged fans to repost the statement to shed additional light on his story, and went on to express her sympathy for the victims and families involved. “I pray for their healing and the closure that they deserve,” she writes.
